STUDIO POLICIES

Participants are asked to dress informally with casual, loose, and comfortable clothing. Any type of dress that will restrict the students from full engagement in the art making process should not be worn. Art making can be a messy process, please keep this in mind and prepare proper clothing for your kids. 

Our studio will be open 5 minutes before the scheduled session is to commence. Parents are responsible for picking up their children on time. Please note that these are drop off sessions unless otherwise stated. We are unfortunately unable to provide a waiting area. All scheduled sessions are drop off unless otherwise stated. Special conditions should be discussed with us.

  • Catch Up Sessions:

For any reason that a participant is to miss a session, catch up sessions are available to ensure the participants are able to complete projects only. FNU will provide maximum two catch up sessions per term. We won’t accept any catch up sessions for more than 2 times. It may take less than the actual session time, and please discuss with us for options. No refunds or credits will be granted for missing sessions.

  • Payment:

The cost as outlined plus tax will be charged upon registration.

Right now we only accept cash, personal cheque or email transfer in person. As registering your kids, we will discuss where and when to meet to process payments.

  • Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due upon registration to reserve participant’s place in a session.
Before the first session of a season, for any reason that a participant need to cancel the registered term, the amount paid can be refunded minus a $20 procession fee if it is confirmed 30 days before the first session of a season. Otherwise, the participant can choose to be refunded 2/3 tuition fee minus a $30 processing fee of the program cost paid, or the full amount paid minus a $30 processing fee as store credits.

Participants also have until the second session of a season to decide if the program is right for them. If the session is not suitable, 1/2 of the remaining session cost (deduct the first class) minus a $30 processing fee may be refunded, or the full remaining amount paid (deduct the first class) minus a $30 processing fee will be stored as store credits. NO REFUNDS or store credit after attending the second session of a season.

The credits stored with FNU can be transferred to another participant to use under agreement from the original account holder and there will be $30 service charges of fees.

If a scheduled session time is cancelled due to a low enrolment, all participants will be notified in advance, and full refunds will be issued.

  • Transfer Policy:

Participants may be transferred to another participant under discussion with us and there will be $30 service charges of fees.

Photographic Material:
FNU ARTS reserves the right to use photographic material for advertising and promotional purposes. If you do not want your child, yourself or a family member photographed, please let us know on the first day of the seasonal sessions start.
